Thank you for supporting crochetbyc ! Please note that our products are handcrafted with care and are unique. As such, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on any items.

Custom & Handmade Products
Due to the personalized and handcrafted nature of our crochet bouquets, we do not accept exchanges or returns. Each product is made to order, and no two items are identical.

Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the package. We require photo evidence to process any claims for damaged goods, and we will work to provide a suitable solution, which may include a replacement.

Incorrect Items
In the event that you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Provide a photo of the incorrect item, and we will assist in sending you the correct one.

Order Cancellation
Once your order is confirmed and in production, cancellations cannot be accepted. All orders are prepared with time and care.
